Fantastic in every way. Randy is a walking lexicon of furniture made in North America. He knows his trade remarkably well. I've bought a nearly a dozen pieces from him the last ten years. He even stopped at my house once on his way to a buying trip to Amish country to make sure he was perfectly matching a purchase to my existing oak Amish bed! Fair prices and excellent service through to delivery for real American made, beautiful solid wood furniture. The wait for the furniture to be made is well worth it. You won't be disappointed.

We bought a chair several years ago and the fabric wore out prematurely. When I explain to Andrew the manager he took care of us in a fantastic way that I did not expect and he didn't have to do. I will buy my next table from them soon! Highly recommend them for all your furniture needs.

I bought a cherry bedroom set here after looking at other area furniture stores. This was the only place that had quality pieces. Everything I saw elsewhere was poorly made overseas. Quality always costs more, but this furniture will last for generations. The salespeople know their stuff and were very helpful. I look forward to going back for some outdoor furniture.

Recently purchased a dining room table from Heartland. The table is well made and beautiful. We are very happy with our purchase. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. We will purchase from Heartland again. Yes, you have to wait weeks for a handcrafted piece of furniture; well worth the wait!
