Our Amish furniture comes straight from the wood shops of Ohio and Indiana, where it is made with careful attention to detail by master craftsmanship with a unique touch that reflects time-honored traditions of integrity, simplicity and hard work.

It depends. If the furniture product that you order is in our inventory it will be shipped within two business days and delivered within 2-3 weeks after the date of shipment. If the furniture is custom built then the ship date is typically six to eight weeks from the furniture order date. Occasionally, some of the furniture takes as long as twelve weeks or as little as three weeks to be built and finished. Remember most of our furniture products will be handcrafted in small shops and so many factors are at play in determining the specific furniture lead time. The majority of our furniture is ready to ship out or ready to be picked up between 4 to 8 weeks from the furniture order date.
White glove delivery by our professional delivery team is usually within a week. Delivery by a third party shipping company may take up to 14-21 business days.
White Glove delivery includes delivery into your home and assembly of all items. Our professional delivery team will place the furniture in the room(s) you designate and handle any assembly (i.e., assemble beds, place hutch tops on hutch bases, shelf placement, etc.).
Yes, all of your pieces are 100% insured through the carrier. We inspect every piece before it ships. In rare instances damage may occur in transit. Please inspect all furniture at time of delivery, if damage occurs, please be sure to note it on the delivery log before the carrier leaves then call us directly 828-684-7400 to report damages.
All of our furniture, with the exception of clearance items, comes with a warranty. Upholstered pieces have factory warranties. Amish hardwood furniture has limited lifetime warranty with a one-year in home service. After one year the purchaser is responsible for shipping to or from our facilities, however the repair is still free as long as it is a manufacturer’s defect.
Yes we offer financing through several third party lenders. Please call for details. Normal offer is 12, 24 or 36 months no interest from the time the customer takes possession of the furniture.
50% down payment is required to start any built to order furniture purchase and remainder is due upon customer taking possession of the order. We require this because each piece of furniture we craft is built individually for the customer. Your satisfaction is guaranteed..
Yes! We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and debit cards. Cash and Personal Checks are also accepted. We also offer free financing through several third-party lenders.
Poly wood is a completely carefree outdoor furniture. It’s available in many different styles and colors. Our poly furniture is made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastics. It has a UV protector to keep it from fading. It’s termite resistant and requires no painting, scraping or replacing. Another great thing about poly is that it will not crack, split, warp, rot or splinter.
Most items arrive pre-assembled. In certain cases a 1/2 inch wrench or socket is required to assemble items such as Amish table pedestals, feet, and/or legs. Items such as Amish hutches, and mirrors for Amish dressers may need to be attached with a Phillips screw driver.
No, we have many more pieces than shown here! We are constantly adding new Amish products to the site. If you require something not shown, please send us an email and we’ll try to locate or manufacture it for you.
Printed catalogs are not available because of the continuing variety of our inventory and the sheer number of Amish builders.. However, we may have additional pictures and literature that we can email if you know specifically what products you are interested in.
